Registration Policy When you register with Eight Minute Date on line you will receive an email acknowledging that you have registered for the event.
You will then receive a email 5 days prior to the event, which you must reply to and confirm your spot. We will accept confirmation up until 2 days prior to the event. If you do not confirm within this time frame you will not have a spot at the event. If you do confirm and do not send us a cancellation email or call us, you will then be charged an additional $10 if you register for a future event. We will also send you out a reminder to attend email/ phone call one day prior to the event. If you pay by pay pal your spot is guaranteed. We really hope this helps keep our numbers even and our events successful. ----------------------------------------------- (Note: For all of our age groups we do accept registration for singles 1 to 2 years above and 1 to 2 years below the stated age groups. As sometimes you like to be at the top end of an age group and sometimes at the bottom end of the age group. Sorry no more then 2 years. Please do remember for every event we change our age groups so if these age groups do not work for you maybe the next ones will!)
